Your Order Cancellation Rights

Conditions for Returns

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
  2. The item is in its original packaging and unused.

The following goods are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items with a limited shelf life or expiration date.
  • Unsealed goods not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons.
  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items post-delivery.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Restocking Fee

If the return is not due to our fault (e.g., you change your mind or ordered the wrong item), a 25% restocking fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.


Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

We are not liable for items damaged or lost in return shipping. Refunds cannot be processed without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Only regular-priced goods are refundable; items on sale are not eligible for a refund unless required by law.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the giver had it shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
